Overview
The International Student Volunteer provides a one-on-one service to new International Students. The main services include contacting international students before arrival, providing visa application, registration, course adding and dropping related information, as well as other assistance depending on individual circumstances.
How to be an International Student Volunteer?
- Complete the Online Registration through the website (https://oiasystem.ntu.edu.tw/Volunteers/apply) before deadline.
- Complete the Online Training and pass the Qualification Test.
What does an International Student Volunteer do?
Before Arrival
1. Get in touch with your assigned International Student
2. Provide dormitory information
3. Provide campus activities information
4. Course selection assistance
5. Other assistance
After Arrival
1. Enrollment assistance(including Orientation, Registration, Language Proficiency Test and Medical Exam)
2. Course add/drop assistance
3. Resident Visa or ARC application assistance
4. Dormitory check-in assistance
5. Other assistance
